STILLWATER -- Oklahoma State basketball coach Brad Underwood has taken a new job at the University of Illinois.
The athletic director at the University of Illinois welcomed Underwood in a tweet Saturday.

According to an ESPN report, Underwood will more than double his salary at Illinois.
Underwood had only been with the Cowboys for one season. Oklahoma State lost to Michigan in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday.
