According to the Oklahoma State Department of Health's weekly flu activity summary, the number of flu deaths have increased by 1, making the total 8 in Oklahoma since Sept. 1.
OSDH reports the number of new hospitalizations reported between December 22 - December 28, 2019 are 131.
OSDH report shows the number of new and previously reported hospitalizations with testing between Sept. 1, 2019 - Dec. 21, 2019 are 300.
OSDH is now reporting there has been one new death related to the flu, making the total for Oklahoma 8 cumulative deaths.
