The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation have identified the homicide victim who died in Woodward Wednesday.
Agents said 22-year-old Justin Lout was shot and killed at a residence in the 700 block of 2nd Street.
Lout did not live at the residence where his body was found, but he was from the Woodward area, officials said.
OSBI was called to assist by the Woodward Chief of Police at approximately 5:30 a.m.
