OSBI officials: Body of missing 19-year-old recovered near Lake Texoma

MARSHALL COUNTY, Okla. — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation announced Wednesday afternoon that the body of a 19-year-old man has been recovered.

Julian “JJ” Olley of Lewisville, Texas was found south of Roosevelt Bridge near the bank of Lake Texoma, according to OSBI agents.

Olley was last seen early Monday morning at the Catfish Bay entrance to Lake Texoma off Highway 70, agents said.

The Oklahoma Office of the State Medical Examiner will determine his cause of death.

Aside from the OSBI, several other agencies were involved in the effort to find Olley, including the Oklahoma State Park Rangers, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police and local fire and emergency management departments.
