OSBI: Girl in custody in connection to woman's homicide in Ottawa County

OTTAWA COUNTY, Okla. — Authorities took a juvenile girl into custody after investigating a homicide in Ottawa County, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

OSBI said the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office asked for their assistance in a homicide investigation that happened on Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities said 50-year-old Alicia Williams was shot and killed in her home in Fairland, Okla., off East Highway 60.

OSBI said the investigation led to the suspect being a juvenile girl. Authorities have the juvenile in custody.

Charges against the girl are pending.
