BROKEN BOW, Okla. -- OSBI was called in to investigate the officer-involved shooting of a double homicide Suspect in Broken Bow Sunday.
OSBI says the shooting happened when an officer with the Broken Bow Police Department spotted a double homicide suspect from Arkansas.
Police attempted to stop the suspect, Andre Johnson, 40, when a pursuit ensued, according to a report. At one point, Johnson drove down a dead end street and began shooting at an officer's car.
Johnson then ran to another police cruiser and shot at the windshield. OSBI says four officers shot back at Johnson. According to OSBI, Johnson later died at a hospital.
OSBI says agents will conduct an investigation into the officer-involved shooting.
