The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigators is investigating a double homicide in Atoka County.
Officials said On May 25, the Atoka County Sheriff's Office were called to a residence for a shooting. Once on scene, deputies said they found the bodies of Sami Williams, 33 and Richard Miller, 73.
Investigators said Brandon Aldava, 35, was also shot but wasn't on the scene because he went to the hospital to be treated.
Officials said Hershal Dewayne Hatley, 25, confessed to the shooting after driving to family member's house.
Investigators said the family called local law enforcement and Hatley was taken into custody.
Hatley has been charged with two counts of murder in the first degree and one count of shooting with intent to kill.
