RINGWOOD, Okla. — A father has been arrested in connection to a two-month-old baby's death, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

OSBI says, the Major County Sheriff's Office asked for OSBI to assist in an investigation after a two-month-old baby died.

On Feb. 21, both law enforcement and emergency medical personnel responded to a call near State Highway 58 in Ringwood, Oklahoma.

The baby was taken to a hospital after first responders were told the baby aspirated while the biological father was feeding the baby, says OSBI.

At the hospital, agents say doctors found the baby had multiple injuries to its torso and head.

On Feb. 22, the baby passed away, says OSBI. On the same day, agents and deputies arrested 23-year-old Dustin Lamm for child abuse.

Lamm was booked into the Major County Jail, agents say.
