NOWATA, Okla. — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is assisting the Nowata Police Department with a homicide that happened Saturday morning.
Nowata police responded to a general store just after 8:00 a.m., to a disturbance with a car accident and a fight with an person identified as Jacob Kimball. Kimball's infant was with him at the general store.
When officers went to Kimball's residence to contact family, they discovered the body of a deceased female. Kimball was taken into custody and transported to the Nowata County Jail.
The OSBI investigation is still ongoing.
