Wednesday, OSBI informed Smith of a first-degree murder warrant issued for the murder of 24-year-old Joey Angelo.

Angelo was shot multiple times outside a home in Guthrie on April 5.

OSBI says Derrick Eugene Smith, 25, also has a first-degree murder warrant out for his arrest.

Anyone with information is asked to contact OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
