CADDO COUNTY, Okla. — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said they've arrested an Apache resident for possession of child pornography.
Officials said 63-year-old Dave Olen Carter was arrested Friday at his home without incident.
Carter was transported and booked into the Caddo County Jail, officials said.
