OWASSO-- On May 15, 1987, David Simpson was found shot to death at his home at 2007 North Cedar in Owasso.

At the time of his death, Simpson, 32, worked at Rockwell International in Tulsa.

OSBI officials say that Simpson was an avid racecar driver and fan.

Forensic analysts at the OSBI Forensic Science Center have processed and analyzed numerous items of evidence collected during this investigation.

Agents consider the case cold. To help attract leads in the case, OSBI is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information that could help point to a suspect. Contact the OSBI by calling 800-522-8017 or email tips@osbi.ok.gov.
