OSAGE COUNTY, Okla. — The Osage County Sheriff's Office issued a Silver Alert for a 54-year-old missing man.
Charley Kowena was last seen Monday morning walking east bound near State Highway 20 and CR 5451, according to deputies. He was wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans.
Deputies said Kowena has a traumatic brain injury that effects his short term memory and causes him to be confused.
