ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. — A former Oologah High School teacher is being accused of rape after court documents say he had a sexual relationship with a student.
Court documents say Daniel Bodine, 43, who was a special education teacher, had sex with one of his students multiple times across a sixth-month period from Nov. 2018 to May 2019.
Bodine faces one count of second-degree rape.
