SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — Fire officials say one person was treated by EMSA paramedics for smoke inhalation from a house fire in Sand Springs.

Multiple fire crews responded to the home near Highway 51 and South 155th West Avenue just before 6:30am.

Sand Springs fire officials say four adults and an infant were in the home when the fire started. Everyone made it out safely.

Fire was reported in the attic and bathroom of the home.

Officals say the home was a converted mobile home with multiple additions, so getting to the fire on the roof was difficult.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The home is in the Town and Country neighborhood, where many homes were badly damaged or destroyed in the spring floods.
