Tulsa Police Officers and Homicide Detectives are on scene for a shooting at an apartment complex.
Multiple calls were received about a person who was shot at Normandy Apartments in Midtown.
Officials tell us that there were two individuals in a car when an altercation took place in the parking lot.
Another car drove up from behind and fired around 7 shots.
One of the shots struck the passenger in the back of the head.
The victim eventually succumbed to his injuries and died late Saturday evening.
Police have identified the victim as 38-year-old Frankie Foster.
