TULSA -- One of Tulsa’s most wanted suspects was arrested Wednesday during a stakeout with the Tulsa Police Department’s fugitive Task Force.
According to police, the stakeout ended with two separate police chases.
Police say the task force was waiting for the suspect at the Rivera West apartment complex when two men showed up with guns in their waist belts.
A pursuit ensued and the two men were stopped near 37th Street and Union Avenue.
While continuing the stakeout, police say the suspect, Anthony Brugh, 28, (pictured below), showed up at the apartment complex before fleeing in a white truck.
While fleeing, Brugh allegedly drove towards officers forcing them to fire at the truck.
The chase began near 47th Street and Highway 75 and ended near East Xyler and North Jamestown Place where Brugh was taken into custody.
Brugh was wanted for multiple drug and weapons warrants. Police say no one was injured.
