Tulsa Police say David Joseph Scott was arrested in connection with the shooting death of 33-year-old Temp Lloyd Burdick.

According to TPD, Burdick was shot in the face after a five-block car chase that ended Monday at E Virgin St and N Columbia Pl.

Homicide detectives told 2 Works For You Monday night that they learned Burdick and Scott got into an argument about Burdick being abusive to women.

Tulsa Police said patrol officers and a K9 unit arrested Scott without incident.
