TULSA — According to a Morton Comprehensive Health Services press release, several city, county, state and federal officials, along with ONE Gas representatives, were in attendance for a donation ceremony today.
ONE Gas donated both a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) passenger van and a fueling pump station to Morton, officials say.
Officials say, this will allow Morton to provide free transportation service to more of its northeastern Oklahoma patients who need help when it comes to getting to their medical providers.
Morton, in partnership with the Tulsa Area United Way, will also be able to provide mobile support to its patients who want to benefit the programs offered by TAUW agencies, the release states.
