Tulsa Police are investigating how a fight escalated into a deadly shooting.
One person is dead and another person is recovering.
Officers were called to a bar near 11th and 129th East Avenue around 11pm Sunday.
Police said multiple people approached the two victims, and that's when gunshots were exchanged.
One victim died at the scene and the other was transported to the hospital. Police believe this wasn't random.
"Looks like it was a planned confrontation up to the point where it went south and people started getting shot," Tulsa Police homicide detective Sgt. Dave Walker said.
Officers say the second victim is expected to be okay.
