A person is dead after being hit by a drunk driver Sunday morning.
Tulsa police responded to the crash after midnight near the Tisdale Expressway and Apache Street.
They say a 25-year-old woman driving a jeep was intoxicated when she hit the victim's car.
Police say she didn't stop at the intersection.
The driver is now facing first degree manslaughter charge.
