A driver faces a DUI charge after a five vehicle crash caused a miles-long back-up in Tulsa.
It happened on Highway 169 northbound near the 41st Street exit before 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Tulsa police say a car rear-ended another.
A third car pulled to the left to help.
A vehicle swerved right to avoid the parked cars, but struck another.
Paramedics took a victim to the hospital, and is expected to recover.
