TULSA — Today Linde Oktoberfest Tulsa presented its 2019 Commemorative Poster on Wednesday.
Officials with Linde Oktoberfest say Tulsan Josh Stout was commissioned to create the poster for the 41st year of the event.
Officials say the Stout has a unique way of expressing all that he loves about the city. Stout, painting primarily oil on canvas, seeks inspiration from Oklahoma's past, present, and future.
The commemorative poster is sponsored by the German American Society of Tulsa. The nonprofit organization hosts the reveal event at their facility and sells traditional German food at the festival as a fundraiser.
The 2019 Line Oktoberfest Tulsa will take place Oct. 17-20.
Admission to the festival will be $10 for general admission at the gate, $7 for advanced online purchasing, and kids, 12 and under, are free.
