An Okmulgee soldier making an emotional return home this week.
Jimmy Talbot surprised his family after being gone in Kuwait for more than a year.
His three daughters and his mother had no idea he was coming home.
His wife planned for him to surprise them one by one, each stop filled with hugs and tears. All of it caught on camera thanks to Redeemed Productions.
“The tears we cry on a daily basis through stress and grief and heartache, but to see something through joy and love is great,” Laura Talbot said.
This is Jimmy Talbot’s fifth return home, serving in the army for 28 years now.
He says in the coming days, he plans to catch up on some much needed family time.
