Officials with the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office say the death of two people found inside a home in Mounds are the result of a murder-suicide.
Authorities say the man and woman were found dead inside a home in the 2300 block of North 186 Road on Sunday at approximately 1 p.m.
Deputies say they found the body of Jeanna Bailey, 45, and her husband Emmett Bailey, 49.
Officials say Emmett took his own life following the shooting.
"Currently the motive behind the shooting is unknown and the incident remains under investigation," officials say.
