Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office issues Silver Alert for missing man with Alzheimer’s

OKMULGEE COUNTY, Okla. — The Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help in finding a missing man.

Deputies said 76-year-old Donald Lee Walters went missing from Great Bend, Kansas on July 10.

Walters’s vehicle was located near the Okmulgee/McIntosh County line east of Henryetta near the Eufaula Wildlife Management Area, according to deputies. Officials believe he may be on foot in that area.

Walters is described as a white man that is 5’7”, weighing 135lbs, with gray hair and blue eyes.

Deputies said he suffers from Alzheimer’s.
