A new justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court will be sworn in today.

Officials say Dustin P. Rowe is the second appointed justice under Governor Kevin Stitt.

Rowe was a special judge of the Chickasaw Nation District Court.

He was also the youngest mayor of Tishomingo at the age of 18 years old while he was a senior in high school, officials say.

The Oath of Office Ceremony will be held Feb. 24 at 2 pm at the Oklahoma State Capitol.
