OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - An Oklahoma legislative subcommittee advanced a bill that requires public schools to tell high school students that life begins at conception.
The bill would require schools to educate high school students about the humanity of a child in utero, including details about how a fetus develops at certain stages of a pregnancy.
