An Oklahoma Police Lieutenant is ordered to stand trial after prosecutors say he unlawfully killed a woman during a police chase.
Blackwell Police Lieutenant John Mitchell was charged with first-degree manslaughter after court documents show he shot and killed Michele Godsey, last May.
Dash cam video shows Lieutenant Mitchell fired several rounds at Godsey's vehicle, even after coming to a complete stop.
Lieutenant Mitchell faces up to 8 years in prison if convicted.
Lieutenant Mitchell arraignment is set for March 18 in Kay County.
