The Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association is rejecting Governor Kevin Stitt's latest casino gambling offer.

The governor offered the tribes a flat five percent fee on their gambling revenues.

The current compact has a sliding scale between four and 10 percent.

In a statement, Stitt's office says the state has been aggressively communicating with every tribe in Oklahoma to advance a common-sense solution on model gaming compacts.
