ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the woman killed in a crash near the Port of Catoosa Wednesday evening.
Troopers say 24-year-old Katelyn Monroe died at the scene.
According to OHP, Monroe was heading eastbound when, for an unknown reason, she drove left of center and was struck by a semi driven by 48-year-old John Moats.
Moats was admitted to the hospital in serious condition.
