TULSA -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a woman has died after a crash and in midtown Tulsa.
Troopers say 29-year-old Samantha Phillips was trying to exit I-44 onto Yale when her car hit another vehicle and rolled.
Phillips was thrown from her car and died later at a hospital. Troopers say she was not wearing a seatbelt.
Phillips' passenger was also taken to a hospital with internal injuries.
Four people in the other car, including two children, were not hurt.
