Oklahoma Employment Security Commission Adds More Call Center Agents During Pandemic

There's a push to help the state handle the immense amount of unemployment calls coming in.

The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission says it expanded its tier one call center to 214 service agents.

As many as 500 should be trained to take initial calls next week.

More than 200,000 Oklahomans have filed for unemployment.
