Oklahoma deputy recovering after donating kidney to stranger in Nashville

ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. -- A deputy in Rogers County is reportedly doing well after donating his kidney to a Nashville man.

In late June, Deputy Paul Tucker made the decision to donate one of his kidneys to a complete stranger.

The stranger? 51-year-old Greg Morton from Nashville. Morton had been on dialysis for two years after both of his kidneys failed.

Now, both Tucker and Morton are doing well and on the road to recovery in the hospital.
