An Oklahoma couple celebrated 70-years as husband and wife during the pandemic.

Pricilla and Deaton Brown met at church as teenagers and got married about a week after they graduated high school.

The couple said one of the secrets to a long marriage is staying true to wedding vows.

"The main thing that you need is to keep God at the center of your life, marriage and home, and then there is a lot of give and take along the way," Pricilla said.

They have two daughters, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. They didn't get to celebrate their 70th anniversary with a party due to the pandemic, but Pricilla said they are going to try to have a celebration near Labor Day.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
