OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City man has been charged after court documents said he drugged his wife's cup of coffee with meth while they were meeting to sign divorce papers, according to KOCO.

Court documents said Jeremy Bagby, 33, handed his wife the cup of coffee as they were about to leave an OKC restaurant. The woman drank about half the cup.

Documents said the woman noticed something was wrong the next day, when she was feeling anxious. The woman remembered how Bagby had insisted she drink the coffee he had handed her the day before.

The woman bought a drug test and tested positive for having meth in her system. Documents said the woman had breastfed her child three times in between the time she drank the cup of coffee and the time she realized she had been drugged.

Bagby has been charged with one count of mingling drugs with a drink.
