The Oklahoma 2nd Amendment Association is challenging a petition seeking to reverse the permitless carry law.
On Friday, they filed a legal challenge asking Oklahoma's Supreme Court to toss the proposal for a state question aimed at repealing the law.
The association alleges that organizers missed their opportunity to repeal the law when they neglected to gather enough signatures for a separate petition in 2019
