UPDATE: This morning, Thursday, February 6, the OSBI confirmed that 29-year-old Joshua Green has been located and is in custody for his connection to a double homicide and arson.

According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Muscogee Creek Nation Lighthorse Tribal Police tracked Green to a house in Clearview using a K9 and found his tracks in the snow.

During his arrest, Green did not comply with officers' commands and received minor injuries from the K9. He was arrested and taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

Green was then booked into the Okfuskee County Jail and is facing two charges of murder in the first degree and arson.

On Wednesday morning around 3 a.m., authorities were dispatched to a house fire on the 100000 block of N3840 Road in Okemah.

When authorities arrived, two people were found dead.

Investigators have reason to believe the victims were killed before the fire started. Green is suspected to be behind the murder and the house fire.

The victims haven't been identified, pending family notification.

Okemah Police Department and Okfuskee County Sheriff's Office have assisted with this investigation.
