Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper's responded to Sandy Bass 1 on Lake Eufaula Sunday afternoon for a drowning incident.
A four-year-old female from Edmond went missing from the residence.
She was later found at 2:35 p.m. in 5 foot of water and 20 feet from the shoreline of Lake Eufaula.
