TULSA, Okla. — OHP Troopers are investigating a deadly crash on Highway 412.
A black car headed east on Highway 412 left the roadway and flipped into a ditch, said OHP. It is unknown what caused the car to leave the roadway at this time.
One person was ejected during the crash. However, OHP has not confirmed if that is the person who died.
The on-ramp onto eastbound Highway 412 near 65th West Avenue is closed.
