OHP: Identity of Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run released

TULSA — Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released the name of the pedestrian that was killed last night in a hit-and-run.

OHP says 59-year-old, Aaron Palmer Jr. of Tulsa, was hit on 1-244 at US- 169 westbound Thursday evening.

OHP officials say Palmer was found laying on the ground near a parked vehicle on the side of the road with the car running and music playing.

The identity of the driver is still unknown, OHP says.
