TULSA — According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, eastbound lane of Interstate 44 just east of 33rd West Avenue is closed due to large potholes.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says once they noticed the pothole crews closed the lane immediately.
ODOT say one westbound lane will be closed and it will be open tomorrow at the earliest.
The potholes have disabled several vehicles, but no accidents have been reported.
An arrow board is up until emergency repairs have been made.
This is a developing story.
