VINITA, Okla. - Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirms that they are working on a fatal crash on Highway 412 at the Mayes County and Rogers County line.
OHP says the crash involved two trucks, a box truck and a dump truck. The dump truck was struck by the box truck while driving in the slow lane.
Authorities say the dump truck was being driven by two men who work for ODOT. The two men were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The man driving the box truck was killed, his name has not been released.
