According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, an ambulance was stolen from Saint Francis Hospital in Muskogee this morning.
State police say the suspect, now identified as 29-year-old Devion Smith, got onto the Muskogee Turnpike, heading towards Tulsa.
Smith was arrested after troopers caught up with him, set up spike strips, and disabled the ambulance just outside of Broken Arrow.
