TULSA — UPDATE: OHP officials say eastbound I-244 at the LL Tisdale Expressway is back open.

According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, all lanes of I-244 eastbound at the LL Tisdale Expressway are closed due to a woman standing on a traffic sign above the highway.
