Tulsa Police, Fire, and EMSA are responding to the area of East Xyler and North Harvard for reports of a shooting.
According to officials, a woman was visiting the victims residence.
There was an argument between the woman and victim before it got physical.
The woman struck the male with the pistol which caused the gun to discharge.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the head.
