Saturday evening a Tulsa Police Officer was traveling northbound on South Riverside Drive.
A truck that was traveling southbound made a left hand turn in front of the police cruiser.
The two vehicles struck head on, which caused the airbags in both vehicles to deploy.
The officer sustained lacerations and an arm injury, he was transported to a local hospital where he was released after treatment.
