The new website for the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission is up and running.
The updated site is designed to follow the way people navigate the internet. The new layout lets users click to get help with unemployment claims and finding a job.
"I want to make sure we are putting that information somewhere on the website where people can find it readily," said Shelley Zumwalt, OESC interim executive director.
The site also features a virtual agent as well as a message center with alerts, such as which call centers are experiencing high call volumes.
