The Cherokee National announced Monday that a nurse who administrated medications the wrong way is no longer employed at W.W. Hastings Hospital.

The Cherokee Nation Health Services, which runs the hospital, said the nurse used the same vial and syringe to inject several IV bags.

Officials said they are testing nearly 200 patients.

Officials said the patients they've tested show no signs of infection.
