OOLOGAH, Okla. — UPDATE: Northbound lanes of US Highway 169 are back open in Rogers County, south of Oologah, after police activity shut them down.
Officials say US169 is blocked at 420 Road, due to a person who has barricaded himself in his vehicle after a rollover collision.
Rogers County deputies say the man has been transported to a local hospital.
